Avalon 503 is located on the 5th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The bedding arrangement is King/King/2 Fulls/sofa sleeper and can accommodate 8 people. The condo is equipped with WIFI & HDTVs and has bed & bath linens and a one day supply of toiletries and paper goods.
The spacious balcony is L shaped and has a fantastic Southern view of the beach and endless white sands and all the pools and grounds to the West. By booking this condo, you will have access to the beautiful pool, kids wading pool, jacuzzi, and boardwalk at the foot of the Avalon Tower, playground with charcoal grills and you may patron all the on-site restaurants, salon, spa, & apparel and souvenir shops. Seasonally, the complementary tram will shuttle you to and from all areas of the property, so you may park your vehicle until you are ready to leave. Rental loungers with umbrellas, parasailing and other beach activities are available by contacting The Club Desk.
The owner is a Club member, so you will have access to the club amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45 which is payable at the club desk, for the days you choose. There you will enjoy the luxurious locker rooms, a large community pool with scheduled entertainment, sauna, jacuzzi, kiddy wading pool, indoor pool, a tiki bar, short order grill, game room, planned children's activities, basketball & tennis courts, plus lots more.
Some amenities are seasonal as well as our pricing.
