Bristol 1701 is a freshly renovated 3 bedroom/3.5 bath corner condo located on the 17th floor of the Bristol Tower at The Beach Club, an upscale luxury resort with lots of amenities! This condo is right on the beach with no road to cross! You will love the "High Rise" view includes the Gulf of Mexico and an endless sugar white sand beach far from the crowds.

The living room, with spectacular corner views, is furnished with 2 comfortable recliners and a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has been renovated designed to please! Just bring the food, extra detergents and your disposable items. The bedding arragement is King Master bedroom, King Guest Bedroom, Queen Guest Bedroom and a sofa sleeper. All beds are made with fresh white linens plus a set is supplied for the sofa sleeper. Bath and kitchen linens are supplied also, but please bring beach towels. The condo has a washer and dryer! A "one day" supply of detergents and paper goods are supplied in case you did not get to shop.

As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the sparkling pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills in front of the Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View, salon and spa, souvenir and beach shop, ice cream and coffee bar, food trucks with live music, a Sports Bar and Grill with video games.

The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, and the private amenities are available with a daily fee which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a seasonal tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children's activities. Many amenities are seasonal. The fee is approx $45 per day but this covers the entire party, not per person.

You may rent, from the beach vendor, loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Some amenities and activities are seasonal, but our rates generally reflect the season.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
