The master bedroom, complete with walk-in closet and ensuite, provides a large and luxurious space allowing complete relaxation. Enjoy a long, contemplative soak in the generous jetted bath or enjoy the views from the adjoining balcony.

Both guest bedrooms have an ensuite guaranteeing your comfort and privacy. The classically white bathrooms appeal with clean, clear lines and a crisp ambiance. An additional half bath is conveniently located off the foyer for the convenience of your guests. Complimentary WiFi is provided in this unit and throughout the entire property.

What better way to start the day than a dip in the glittering pool, located at the base of the Avalon tower. Tropically inspired, this pool provides a refreshing oasis for lolling about on hot days. End the night with a dip in the hot tub. The wooden plank boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. Before returning to the comfort of the condo, make a stop at the outdoor shower to cleanse off the sand or enjoy a break at the outdoor swing.

The Beach Club has gorgeous facilities and top-notch amenities to help make your vacation unforgettable. Offering both fine and casual dining, the onsite restaurants provide an easy alternative to cooking. Enjoy a tropical drink poolside, or visit the full service spa for an invigorating massage or body scrub.

AMENITIES INFO: Without paying an additional fee you will have access to the sparkling Avalon pool and hot tub and you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. You may use the charcoal grills located on The Clubhouse lawn and the playground, which is available for your enjoyment. Seasonally, food trucks and live music is available near the entrance of the property and provides a more casual dining option. If you would like to access "The Club's Private Amenities" which includes an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tiki bar and grill, children activities and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose. The fee decreases slightly for each additional day. There is a special rate for monthly winter guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
