The Beach Club Catalina 701 is a 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury "CORNER" condo with a "Wrap Around Balcony" on the seventh floor with a 35 foot balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort. You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities: A state of the art fitness center, game room with free games, and elegant indoor pool with Gulf Views, adjoining luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill and access to seven Rubicon clay tennis courts, tennis coach and children's activities! Beach loungers with umbrella, para-sailing and other beach activities are available seasonally. Please see below for more details and price.

C701 has a large corner wrap around balcony which overlooks The Club pool and the Catalina pool, plus its great for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf and all the activities on the beach! The condo amenities include WiFi, a cottage style open floor plan, sofa sleeper, 4 HDTVs with DVD players, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, and a washer/dryer. The bedroom arrangements are: King master bedroom that adjoins the balcony with Gulf Views and a private bathroom with a separate vanity areas, a queen guest room with an adjoining private balcony which overlooks Mobile Bay and adjoining private full bathroom, and a bunk guest room with a queen on bottom and a twin on the top which is located across from the hall bath. The sofa sleeper provides an additional sleeping area for 2 children.

The beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.

The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The fee is approximately $45 per day which covers everyone in your party, but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.

Two loungers and an umbrella rental is available for approximately $40.00 per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits. Some dining options and activities are only offered seasonally.

Just a quick email to let you know how thankful we are to have rented from you recently and how pleased we were with the entire experience. We have already reserved this same unit for a full week again next May! I was unable to post a review on VRBO (I guess because I rented directly from you instead of renting through the VRBO site?), but I did want to commend you for such a remarkable job well done. If you have the ability to post this on the VRBO site (or on your site), you are welcome to add it if you feel it would be beneficial to your or your potential customers. Thank you so much for being one of those rare people who do what they say, when they say they will do it, and do it very, very well! You are such a rare find and we are so glad our paths have crossed!

"A Rare Pearl in a Gulf Coast Treasure Chest"
This condo was made for our family. Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely PERFECT! So perfect, in fact, we have already reserved this same unit for a full week one year from now for a repeat family vacation. This unit fits our family so perfectly, we joked the entire vacation that it was "made for us". In fact, if our dream of someday moving to the area ever comes to fruition, Ms Pam will be our first call.

The online rental process was clear and concise, user-friendly, and very streamlined. The timeframe was clearly stated and all communication was easy to understand. Ms. Pam did a great job of explaining who to contact for what needs and even listed her cell phone as a secondary option if needed at any time (although we never needed anything). We did not have to go anywhere else to check-in. Our check-in instructions were sent a few days ahead of time and we simply got our parking pass at the guard gate (the guards were so friendly) and went straight to our unit and the coded access on the door was easy-to-use and worked on the first try and we never had any issues our entire stay. From the moment we stepped into the unit, it took our breath away. The kitchen, the hub of the home (and our home away from home), was impeccable and timeless: updated appliances, beautiful white countertops, and pristine white cabinetry. The flooring was such a durable product, without sparing beauty. We cannot say enough about the corner balcony...the crosswinds allowed us to comfortably sit out and enjoy the postcard view any time of day or night. No residual noise from neighboring units beside, above, or below us...very well-built condos at the Beach Club resort. We could see for the longest way east, west, north, and south. We had views of both the ocean and the bay. We also loved being on the corner of the Clubhouse so we could enjoy people-watching that pool as well as the one in front of our building and could also enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant next door. The resort staff do such a fantastic job of maintaining the pools, landscaping, chair rentals, beach, etc.

The unit was spotless (thank you housekeeping), professionally decorated (pictures do not do it justice...you MUST see it in person), with extras such as dual shower heads in the master bath, extra hot water that never seemed to run out, lots of water pressure, HVAC unit that was an absolute work-horse and never failed to cool us on demand yet was quiet as a mouse, room-darkening curtains for the night hours, mattresses on ALL beds that made you look forward to going to sleep and made you want to linger a little longer each morning (more comfortable than even our own beds at home!), ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer that made ice in record-time and a refrigerator that never faltered even on day one when we first added our load of groceries to it, every dish/utensil was stocked (including a large spice rack!) and there were four coffee makers and two blenders AND an entire cabinet full of storage containers of various sizes (and they were an entire matching set with not stains from overuse...who DOES THAT IN A VACATION UNIT!?! Ms. Pam, that's who), giant flat-screen TVs in every room with cable and Roku streaming options, very fast internet so I was able to attend a virtual meeting for work and squeeze in a few work tasks during our stay, great cell phone reception, and the first washer/dryer in-room unit that we did not have to clean sand out of in order for it to function before we could even use it. In fact, this is the first vacation unit we have not had to fix "something" during our stay (thank you Mr. Milton in Maintenance...great quality work you do so that we never got to meet you!). Our boys called dibs on the two bedrooms and everyone had their own bathrooms so it made for such a stress-free vacation.

The elevators are fast and we never had to wait longer than a minute to get an elevator. The 7th floor is the perfect level...not too low or too high. My favorite part of the resort may very well be the Airstream food "trucks" near the entrance to the resort. They are open every evening with live music, a family atmosphere, large checkers, corn hole, etc. We walked up there and ate dinner a couple of nights during our stay. We had no trouble getting luggage/grocery carts (there are both) any time we needed them. Every guest/employee we met was so pleasant.

We may never rent from anyone else again. Ms. Pam is now our go-to person for vacation rentals on the Gulf Coast. Thank you Ms. Pam for making a very important vacation THE BEST EVER!!!
