Enter the home to find an open floor plan with beautiful touches like granite countertops, crown molding, under-mount lighted cabinets, pantry and more! The furnishings are coastal and comfortable. NO CARPET and beautiful bamboo floors! Outside you'll find a screened in patio just right for enjoying the evening outside. You'll also find an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off the sand before stepping back inside. The Rookery III includes 2 pools for your enjoyment.

The king primary bedroom privately adjoins the
primary bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. The king guest room is located near the hallway bath. Bedroom 3 features a custom bunk room. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located by the kitchen. Bed, couch, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: coffee, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
