This charming house, built in 2024, offers a beach retreat with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and standard coffee maker, washer/dryer, central AC, and internet access. Relax on the porch or upstairs balcony, take a dip in the pool which is right by the home, or head to the nearby beach for some fun in the sun. This family-friendly home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Orange Beach, Alabama.

Upon entry, a beautiful and light-filled open floor plan will greet you. The welcoming living area invites you to unwind and enjoy memorable evenings streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable options. From here, you have access to a private outdoor patio. The well-equipped kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances that will make cooking enjoyable. This level features two bedrooms, one of them being a primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the porch, a huge walk-in closet, a smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The downstairs guest bedroom also offers a king bed and a smart TV. And there is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The second level offers an additional living room space, with a furnished outdoor balcony. A bunk room with 6 full size beds and King guest bedroom are on the second level, each with smart TV, closet, and ensuite bath.

This home is located right off the main beach road in Orange Beach, Alabama and shares an entrance with an upscale restaurant and is close by beach shops, Walmart, and a game arcade plus "The Wharf" is just a few minutes away so you can enjoy their concerts and be close to the beach!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
