Sandy Shores West 303 is a 2-bedroom 2 bath condo with a loft that sleep 3 plus a sofa sleeper! This is a very quiet, low-density complex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama near the sugar white sand beach and is close to all of the fun in Gulf Shores. This complex is only 1.4 miles to The Hangout and is the perfect location for Hangout Fest, Shrimp Fest, and all of the great things Gulf Shores has to offer! The pool is shaded for a good part of the day making it perfect for relaxing out of the sun and is near the barbeque grills and picnic table.

The condo is furnished with full size appliances including a built-in icemaker, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The cabinets are stocked with items to prepare most meals plus a coffee maker and other small appliances.

The bedding arrangement is King primary, Queen Guest plus an upstairs loft with a bunk bed and a twin bed, plus a sofa sleeper. All of the beds are made with nice white linen. Both bedrooms adjoin the balcony and has a large sliding glass door with drapes. The primary bedroom adjoins a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The hallway bathroom also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms are stocked with a supply of nice white bath linen. Bring detergent for the washer/dryer. Please bring make up wipes and beach towels.

There is a pool under the complex with the covered parking area, grills & picnic table. Bring charcoal and lighter. Each condo is allowed 2 vehicles only. Dogs are allowed. You may have up to 2 small to average size dogs or 1 large one, but no aggressive breeds allowed. Extra charges may be added for damage or extended cleaning process. Follow posted rules. Pets are not allowed on the Gulf Shores City beaches.

The beach access is just a block away on 10th street. See map. Beach vendors will rent loungers and umbrellas and other services seasonally. There are beach stores close by and plenty of restaurants and attractions!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
