Sunsation Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom/4 bath private cottage with a community pool located right across the road from the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama! It is less than three miles from the Hang Out and is nestled between the beach and Little Lagoon so you will have access to the new Lagoon Pass Park, where fishing (A license is required) & boating is permitted. Bring or rent bicycles for rides along the boardwalk down to the fishing pier and beach access.

The main floor leads to a furnished balcony with views of Little Lagoon and offers an open floor plan with a nicely furnished living area which is equipped a smart TV and a Blue-Ray player, a sofa sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances & granite, a dining table for 6 plus 4 barstools, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a full-size washer & dryer. Bring disposable products including extra garbage bags & toilet tissue, food, including coffee for a standard coffee maker.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and custom tile enclosures. Each bed has memory foam mattresses for your added comfort. The first bedroom is the primary bedroom which offers "glimpses" of the Lagoon, a queen bed with a natural sea grass mat headboard, a smart tv, and a small closet. The adjoining private bathroom has plenty of storage and a walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a smart tv, and a small closet. This privately adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub. You’ll have limited views of the pool. The third bedroom offers a bunkbed with a twin over a full with a pull-out twin trundle, a smart tv, a small closet and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All beds are made with fresh linen and the bathrooms are stocked with bath towels. Linen is provided for the sofa sleeper. Bring your own beach towels.

Covered parking, a gas grill and an outdoor shower with a water hose makes the patio area a great place for "hanging out" in the shade after a day at the beach! All vehicles must be completely parked under the cottage. There is no extra parking around the complex and trailers are not allowed.

Beach Access is about 2 blocks away and is right down the paved boardwalk behind the complex which leads to Lagoon Pass Park. Beach loungers and gear is available through rental companies who will deliver, or you may bring your own. All items must be removed daily. The owner does not provide beach items, however, sometimes there are some left by the previous guest. There is shopping close by for beach essentials.
