This luxury two bedroom condo is located on the 18th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club with a direct view of an endless sugar white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The sparkling Avalon pool, hot tub, and wading pool are just steps away from the condo. The living room and master bedroom each have a full glass wall with a sliding glass door adjoining the balcony. Your days and nights will be filled with sunshine and moonlight while you enjoy spectacular views dining or lounging on the spacious balcony. The living area is so pleasing you may be tempted to lounge all day in front of the HDTV and soak up the view! The kitchen has granite and all appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware and most small appliances. You can enjoy elegant dining with meals prepared in this kitchen, or get take-out if you prefer!
The king master bedroom has a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a double vanity bathroom with a jetted tub and shower, and has a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed, flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath conveniently located in the hallway near the entry area. There is NO sofa sleeper.
Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
