Just renovated! Bristol 1206, a spacious, luxury two bedroom/two a half bath condo, with a Direct Gulf View and romantic decor, is located on the 12th floor of the Bristol Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom & bath! The balcony overlooks the sugar white beach, Bristol pool, wading pool and hot tub! As you exit the elevator on the 12th floor and at the entry door, you will gasp at the breathtaking view of Mobile Bay and Beach Club grounds! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs.

Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above.

Booking and arriving will be so easy! You can expect an email prior to your arrival stating everything you need to know while there and what to bring, plus a door code.


Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
